The pen-loop measurements in the wiki are made by myself and/or sent in by users. They may differ, e.g. depending on each persons defintion of "snug". If the model has elastic pen-loops they should by measured using a pen that has a "good" or "nice" fit. They should not be overstretched and still be able to give the pen a foothold.
