===Beschichtung bei manchen Farbvarianten===

Es gibt immer wieder Berichte in der Community nach denen einige Farbvarianten des Classic zu Problemen mit einer Art Beschichtung auf dem Leder Probleme neigen. Besonders bekannt ist hier der Cherry bei dem es wohl auch zu Abblättern kommen kann (Stichwortsuche "Filofax Classic Cherry peel"). Als Beispiel hab ich hier nur meinen chocolate bei dem ich an besonders geforderten Stellen eine Art Bläschenbildung bemerken musste. Siehe Bild.
There are reports in the community of some colours of the classic having a "peeling"-problem. There seems to be a coating on models like the cherry classic which does tend to peel itself under strain. As I do not have a visual account of this I can only refer to pictures of my chocolate-coloured classic having little blisters in the more-strained locations. See picture

The Classic might be one of the stiffest binders made by Filofax but it is also a Classic, as the name implies. Many other companies have copied the design, I have never seen or touched a copy-cat feeling as good as the original Classic from Filofax. Making that cross in middle seems to be a challenge, because thats where all the other companies stumble.
